Delivery
Your curtains are made to order in Western Australia, then sent by courier to your door anywhere we can reach in Australia.
How long it takes
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3–4 weeks of payment. Courier delivery usually takes a few more business days, depending on where you live. Lead time to be confirmed
What it costs
Delivery is quoted for your exact address and order, using our courier partner's live rates. We add it to your order after we've checked it, and you'll see the full amount before you pay. Tracks travel in long cartons, so the cost depends mostly on your widest track and how far it's going.
Tracking
When your order is booked with the courier, we email you a tracking link. You can also look up your order any time with your order number and email.
Receiving your order
- Each curtain ships in two cartons: one for the fabric and one for the track.
- Please check the cartons when they arrive, and tell us within 7 days if anything is damaged or missing. Photos help.
- Leave the curtains in their bags until you're ready to hang them, to keep them clean.
