What we collect
When you order, request samples or book a call, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery or postal address, along with the details of your curtains. We don't see or store your card number. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
- To check, make, deliver and support your order
- To post fabric samples you've asked for
- To contact you about your order or call booking
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the people we need to fulfil your order: our courier partners (to deliver it), our payment provider (to take payment) and our email provider (to send you updates).
On this website
The designer saves your progress in your own browser on this device, so you can come back to it. It isn't sent to us until you submit an order.
